The Standard King Room felt very spacious, making my stay comfortable. The bathroom looked fancy, truly a highlight. Staff were attentive and accommodating, particularly during checkout when I appreciated the extended time. Good lighting throughout the room added a nice touch. However, there were issues regarding organization. Upon my return, despite having paid for an additional night, there was confusion about my check-out time. I had to clarify the payment situation, which disrupted the flow of my stay. Additionally, I encountered some rudeness at the front desk when asking for a wake-up call, which was disappointing given my otherwise pleasant experience. I really enjoyed having all necessary amenities, such as an electric kettle and crisp, clean linens, along with the proximity to Albaik for a quick meal.

Had a comfy stay in the Standard King Room with its spacious vibe and great lighting. The staff were super helpful, especially at check-in. Just wish the breakfast had more options and the pool wasn't closed for renovation! Overall, not bad for a business trip.

The room was spacious and well-lit.
Our stay was ruined by the lack of towels. Despite requesting, the staff insisted there were towels, which led to unnecessary confusion and discomfort. Additionally, breakfast options were limited, and many items were unavailable even an hour before closing.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
I stayed in a Standard King Room for one night. While the ambiance was nice, the staff struggled with communication. Dining at nearby Albaik was a highlight. I recommend bringing your own water and checking room amenities thoroughly before arrival.

clean facility, spacious rooms, good location
The check-in process felt unprofessional with some attitude from the front desk staff!!! It's absurd that the facility can't accommodate three people with a simple extra mattress!!! WiFi coverage needs serious improvement as it’s frustratingly weak!!!

The Standard King Room was spacious and gave a lovely vibe with great lighting throughout. The room also included a fridge and an electric kettle, which made my stay even more comfortable. The location is handy, being just a 10 km ride from King Abdulaziz, and I enjoyed having Albaik nearby for quick meals.
Breakfast options insufficient.
